I am a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society. I set up Ferguson Consulting in 1992 after a number of corporate management roles, and becoming frustrated with the low level of impact in the workplace of much of the management and leadership training I encountered.
Ferguson Consulting focused on bringing an understanding of psychology into the workplace to help leaders and their teams to understand how these influences play out in the lives of real people in organisations, and thereby to improve their effectiveness.
Where Cathy's team is focused on the dynamics, alignment and meaning in communication, our focus is on helping leaders to uncover their narrative and to develop the related messaging.
