Executive Communication

Why We Do It

Effective leadership communication is hugely efficient. It results in people embracing change more nimbly and courageously and enables key pieces of work to be delivered completely and at the first attempt.

For a leader to be truly influential, the audience they seek to influence needs to be able to relate to them as a person – their motivations, values, style, feelings, concerns, and experiences. That means the leader has to first identify these themes, and then find ways of weaving them into their day-to-day communication.

For many, that’s quite a shift from their existing frame of communication.

What we do

If there's an idea at the core of what we do, it's personalisation. We work either one-on-one with a leader or with a team to develop and hone the proposition, and then we seek to expand on this by creating an engaging and compelling narrative.

We help you to understand your strengths and weaknesses as a communicator, to personalize the core narrative and to create a powerful leadership agenda. We then make sure you know what you need to do to deliver this message with impact, and coach you to leverage your strengths and compensate for your weaknesses – be they strategic, situational, stylistic or political.
